How CUDOS can improve AI

AI was the craze across the internet last year, from AI art hijacking the art industry to OpenAI releasing their first chatbot that works pretty much like Google, acting as a search engine and a trove of information and prompts to its users. Predictions have been made by people who have observed how progressive and advanced AI is, ranging from being a worthy companion in the IT and creative sector to actively replacing such fields in the future, foreseeable or not.

One of the biggest reasons for ChatGPT’s commercial success is its accessibility. The AI is free for everyone to use after registering an account on OpenAI, but no money is involved in the entire process. Yet, despite that, news broke out that ChatGPT incurs OpenAI approximately $3 million to run and operate across the world.

Now, I believe cloud computing, particularly CUDOS, being the preface of this concept, could help improve and advance ChatGPT financially and infrastructurally.

How?

Currently, ChatGPT runs on the infrastructure readily provided by the internet. It is efficient, fast, and relatively cheap to upkeep and operate, but it can still be upgraded and improved. CUDOS can come in and rebuild this infrastructure, implementing its signature decentralized cloud computing framework into the equation and handling the rest. This will ultimately cheapen upkeep costs on ChatGPT’s part and enable faster processing of information and prompts thanks to a streamlined approach and efficient computing provided by decentralized cloud computing.

Furthermore, risks of ChatGPT going down due to security breaches and attacks from the outside could be alleviated and even prevented due to decentralization being the main feature of CUDOS’s infrastructure; this means ChatGPT can remain operational, especially in high volumes of users, security breaches, and other attacks or circumstances, which is what it needs at the moment.

The future is bright for the AI field, with ChatGPT slowly becoming its preface and with a revolutionary project like CUDOS extending its hand out to help the industry thrive and survive; one can only think of the awesome applications this implies.
